Mismanagement and lack of customer orientation. Asked about getting only gluten and lactose free dishes. Got informed “for gluten free and lactose free you can have the sushi and the Bo bun” Got the sushi, it looked like lots of ingredients on it could have gluten or lactose but still ate 2 pieces suspiciously then conscience hit and asked again about allergens, then got informed “no, the soy sauce has gluten” , server did not take action, waited for me to say “this isn’t safe please remove the dish” then heard from them “can’t you take a pill for your allergy?” ! This is a restaurant, how can you not have food safety awareness? I then got the plate I refused back with one less piece that I had touched with sauce and heard “you can eat them now without any sauce” what? My goodness! Incredible... What you should have done is taken the whole thing back, apologised, not charged me and given a whole speech about starting staff education on allergens and given me a voucher for the future. This is how any business with brains deals with messed up situations like this. What this business did? They charged me for the full dish and removed the cost for the one piece they removed from the dish I had touched it with the sauce with gluten. Oh my.. Sadly they have absolutely no idea what gluten is and we ended up in the hospital due to their complete irresponsible behaviour.

After I told them several times I could not consume gluten, they gave me food with a lot of it.

I've returned the items and they still had the guts to charge me a percentage of the full price corresponding to the bits that ended up entering my belly, even though these bites were poison to me.
