Another fairly local restaurant that we’d been recommended to and had finally got around to visiting to see what all the fuss was about.
Our first visit was on a Sunday lunchtime which we’d booked for noon. We sat outside in the open area under the parasoles across from the bar and found the welcome warm and friendly.
Siran is a small (ish) pleasant sleepy village and there always seem to be plenty of spaces to park for free nearby.
Whilst there was a menu available, on this occasion, we both opted for the Escalope de Volaille (a la creme aux champignons) as a plat at E15 followed by a pud each and ably supported by a 25cl pichet of red and a jus d’orange as well as a couple of coffees to finish.
