Le Coconuts — Restaurant in Bayonne

Visited on the 23rd of July 2019 and we ordered 6 different sandwiches between my love and her nieces. Person that greeted us was unpleasant as if she hated her job and so do the other co-workers. They all smoked and had lunch but i didn’t see any of them wash their hands before they actually got ready to work and start cooking stuff. The old lady who made our sandwiches used her hands that had not been washed after she made us pay!!! I found a hair in my (American) sandwich. Can’t tell you about the others and it was pretty yucky tasting too. Anyway, after the beach we go pass by and ask them to fill our canister with water and they told us that there were taps by the beach. Are you that lazy to fill a young girls water bottle with water for 5 seconds. To bad its the only...

Shame about the bad service that spoils the whole atmosphere, which could be really pleasant. We ordered drinks for us, juices for the children and things to eat to accompany the aperitif. After a quarter of an hour only our drinks arrived. The waiter had forgotten the juices for the children and we had to remind him several times. The things to eat arrived half an hour later by which time we had already finished all our drinks. They added an extra plate of fries that we didn't ask for. We thought they had offered it to us for the mistakes they made, but when the bill arrived (very expensive) the second portion of fries was...

A éviter ... Nous venons pour passer un bon moment en mangeant , nous passons commande pour les boissons et manger également, nous attendons plus de 40-45 min minimum... Des clients entre temps arrivent après nous , prennent la commande , se font servir avant nous , et commandent même le dessert par la même occasion.. Nous toujours rien ... Nous demandons à la serveuse où en est note commande , elle nous dit qu'elle arrive , elle est en préparation.. Finalement quelqu'un d'autre vient et nous dit qu'on a commandé il y a 40-45 min mais qu'on était indécise sur ce qu'on voulait .. je pense qu'il s'est trompé de personne , nous savions exactement ce que nous voulions . Les clients a côté de nous étaient désolée pour nous que ça n'avance pas et qu'ils soient pris en charge avant nous au final. Finalement après plus d'une heure nous avons enfin nos plats. Pour s'excuser du désagrément qu'il y a eu , ils se sont proposés de nous offrir un petit quelque chose , finalement on a dit oui pour un dessert. Mais après plus d'une dizaines de minutes sans voir revenir une des personnes concerné avec la carte des dessert , nous avons décidé d'aller demander la note et partir ... C'est lamentable .. oublié de passer la commande , c'est excusable , mais ignorer le client , faire croire que la commande est en cours alors qu'elle est oubliée , qu'on s'excuse en offrant un dessert mais qui , finalement , n'a pas été offert pck la carte n'est jamais arrivé , et aucun geste commercial... Même pas une excuse . C'est du n'importe quoi ...
