The food here is the weakest point - the service is good, although we had to pour our own wine throughout the evening. We tried everything on the menu - tuna and raw fish carpaccio were good , tuna great - mains all very very weak , bland flavours, very poor seasoning - boring - the only tasty one was the guinea fowl. We had cod fish for appetiser, tuna and veal for mains and merangue with lemon ice cream inside. Très bon restaurant, intégré à l'hôtel de la réserve. Très haut de gamme, par les prix notamment. Pas de menu avant 75€ le soir! Chaque proposition est faite avec un petit texte explicatif, un peu long et compliqué, mais intéressant. J'ai pris le foie gras en entrée, avec des "feuilles" aux épinards et à l'ail noir. Succulent et intéressant. Ensuite, le turbot au fenouil. J'ai moins aimé... Enfin, un dessert à base d'abricots et de koka, crème caramel locale. Très bon. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles car le service était très irrégulier dans le rythme, très long pour avoir l'apéritif, et l'entrée et le dessert étaient très rapprochées...
