I have to preface this by saying that I love food, and that’s probably an understatement. Testing new cuisines and restaurants is a huge and important part of my life, and I’m always on the lookout for the best places to eat wherever I go. I also have notoriously high standards amongst my friends and family, so it’s serious when I say that this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.
My family and I came here by chance, and we’re so lucky we did. I had the Santiago burger and it was TO DIE FOR. Burgers are my passion and this is probably one of the best if not the best burger I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten burgers around the world but the quality of the beef and bacon, the delicious bread that has that perfect soft/firm ratio, the friggin amazing sauce that I wish I had the recipe for, and the novelty of paring it with brebis cheese is just genius.
This is like the epitome of the perfect Basque burger, and I went back the next day to have it again and I’ll probably go back once more before leaving because it’s just that good. My family had other dishes and they were all excellent with picture perfect plating and presentation.
Seriously, this restaurant deserves as many clients as it can get. I never write reviews either, but I was so impressed by the burger and overall quality that I just had to say something.
If you want a restaurant where everything is homemade and that only uses fresh and local products with a great view of the church that also won’t break the bank, this is it.

Vu de l'extérieur le restaurant n'avait pas attiré notre regard, en entrant on trouve une salle de taille modeste tout en longueur avec une décoration sobre et moderne. L'établissement donne une sensation de propreté et le service est agréable et professionnel.
La carte n'est pas interminable mais variée et attractive avec des plats pour l'apéritif, et également un menu enfant à 10€ avec filets de poulet panés ou filet de poisson frais, et frites maison.
Les rillettes de thon savoureuses et copieuses pour 8€ quatre personnes peuvent partager en attendant les plats.
Les plats enfants sont copieux et maison, les frites réellement maison.
Le filet de Saint-Pierre en suggestion était excellent avec en accompagnement des légumes de saison et gnocchis (semble t'il, c'était une première). Le beurre blanc au crabe très bon mais pas très marqué crabe. La cuisson du poisson bonne même si une partie un peu plus sèche. Seul problème les arrêtes, ce qui pour moi est une faute lorsque l'on sert un filet de poisson, qui plus est dans une sauce, laisser des arêtes ne fait pas très professionnel. Dommage car l'ensemble du plat est cohérent et agréable avec des portions généreuses.

Le repas était très bon mais le service long. Le pana cotta était un peu molle.
We came for lunch, we were 8. I had menu de la semaine, soupe, fish or meat and dessert. All good really. The fish was delicious. One thing, they took too much time to service. I didn’t see that restaurant was full but the dessert(ice-cream) for kids menu never came. Asked two times for coffee and check.
