Le Tube is a lovely old Citroen van that Simeon converted into a coffee shop. It’s located where a gas station used to be so the steel canopy roof is still there but everything else is gone except for the van. Assorted coffees & pastry’s (carrot, ginger, banana cake, cookies all So delicious! Simeon & his partner, Josie do a bacon, egg sandwich special on Saturdays.
