Pizzeria Napoli — Restaurant in Bergerac

Not very happy. Arrived when two tables were occupied and I asked if it was possible to get a take away and have a drink while waiting. The waitress informed that the place is fully booked for the night and a Takeaway would take some time.. We said we happily wait and have a drink and we’re offered a table in the sun without any shade which was really hot or a table and inside, which was even hotter. The shaded tables were not an option. We are we opted for INSIDE and sat there without getting any service at all 10 extended period of time.. There were many tables undercover outside, which were not occupied on arrival or when we passed the restaurant an hour later after having got a take away from a nearby restaurant.

The waitress appeared under distress, even though she had very few customers . My conclusion was that there was insufficient staff cover that night.. however really upset me was that she came with attitude.

I can’t really comment on the food or the drinks as we are unable to...

Fantastic! We had such an amazing evening, thank you so much David and Audrey. The food was amazing, the service was speedy, fun and thoughtful. Amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome! Several other customers commented on how good the pizza is and the best in the area, I can believe that. David and Audrey both speak excellent English which really helped us too....

The best pizza ever! Something you do not expect in Eymet....but 3rd time here super quality, super hosts and super super pizza. And also wonderful desserts, all freshly made, nothing from a factory. Do try the freshly home-made tiramisu!

Be sure to reserve your table round 1630. In summer ( just to be very sure) Otherwise it is a big no you will regret...
