We went for Sunday lunch. All the tables were occupied at the height of service. This was far too much for the one waiter to cope with. This meant long waits between courses and unfortunately our wine was forgotten. We did ask again, but never received it. The waiter kindly gave us a complimentary glass of red as an apology. I gave 3 stars as the waiter was really working so hard running in and out trying to serve everyone. At one point the chef brought a meal out, as did the lady from behind the bar. Food was OK, scallops were lovely, the chitterlings dish was definitely not to my husband's taste, he took a chance as he did not know what he was ordering! The pork was dry and the vegetables were like what is left when you make a stew. Where are the fresh green vegetables? Dessert was creme brulee which was delicious. This was our only proper meal out in France and we were hoping for something special so we were sadly rather disappointed. The atmosphere was pleasant although we were seated against the plastic hanging canopy on a little ledge and the plastic kept blowing against me. It would be nicer in the summer without the plastic tent.

Great little bistro in a cute little village. We came on Sunday afternoon and were lucky to get a table. It is a small place, with additional seating outside. There were 2 people in front of house and we think 2 in the kitchen. Food took a little while, but was absolutely worth the wait. The waitress spoke a bit English as well, which made it a little bit easier for us tourists. The starters were very tasteful, although I was surprised by the pigs feet. They were good though. Mains were absolutely delicious. We also had an apple crumble for dessert, which had some rhubarb as well, and was so nice that we ate it before we could take a picture.
