Restaurant Paradise — Restaurant in Bobigny

I'm coming from UK and went to dine to this restaurant last night with my family (29.05.24). We had an unpleasant experience. We have ordered 1 portion rolls, 1 mutton kotthu, 1 chicken kotthu, 4 cheese nan, 1 butter chicken, 1 mango lassi, 1 rose lassi, 2 zero coke, 1 coke, and 1 mixed grill. soon as I asked for mixed grill, she commented "it will take time you should have ordered soon as you came in". I didn't appreciate her comment, as how, as a customer we would know how long it will take? I said it's fine we will wait. We were waiting for more than 30min to dine, while a customer which came after us been served before us. she brought everything at the same time, I didn't see the rolls coming, so I asked are you going to bring the rolls?, she went inside the kitchen to ask and came back and asked me "oh you didn't tell me which one you wanted, chicken or mutton?" well, on the menu card I haven't seen that there were a choice of meat, so I presumed it would be mutton. anyway, she asked shall I bring mutton one? I guess they didn't have chicken at that time, so I said OK. I have been to many restaurants and rolls always been served first and then kotthu comes as a main. here it was otherway round. I have never seen my rose lassi coming. my brother's butter chicken looked like the same colour as his mango lassi, whereas in other places it looked orange colour. and the kotthu looked like a mountain of flour, couldn't see or taste mutton. my mum been naive for giving tips 3€ for this experience. I would have given 0 but the minimum is 1. I have visited this place 4/5 years ago and the service, quality and atmosphere were the total the opposite. they need to change quickly before...

I went to this place with my family, I bought a chicken fried rice for myself and my wife bought mutton biryani. My uncle and aunt bought string hoppers with mutton curry, it came with free sothi and rasam, But there was an insect dead inside the sothi and we called and said it to the person who was in charge there. Unfortunately he didn't react much and he took the sothi with him and asked a staff how it came in it and that's all. He didn't even say sorry to us. Really bad quality and...

Très décevant pour une première (et dernière !) commande. La commande est arrivée incomplète (il manquait un plat et un riz), et la qualité générale est très moyenne voire médiocre. Les oignons bhaja ne sont franchement pas bons et ont une texture toute molle, les naans fromage sont trop cuits (limite cramés) et secs, les sauces qui accompagnent le naan sont ratées (sauce menthe trop sucrée notamment), heureusement le plat d'agneau (correct, sans plus) relève un peu le niveau. Mais je précise aussi qu'on a trouvé un (long) cheveu dans ce plat... Bref, j'ai rarement été aussi déçue par un restaurant indien et pourtant je ne suis pas difficile en général. Là on était à la limite du sketch ! Il y a bien mieux comme restaurant indien dans les environs et je ne comprends pas tous les...
