I'm disappointed. I went to this place to celebrate the father's day with my housband cause it has tons of good comments, but BE AWARE that they ask you to put a nice review when you finish your food, as they in general treat you nice. The steaks are not that bad, but they definitely don't taste as original brasilian steaks, personally I had so many expectations from the picanha, which doesn't taste at all as the original I tasted back in Rio de Janeiro, and in other parts of the world, I can assure you this one was just flavorless, no salt on it... The personal was nice, in general. But I must complain as I arrived at the line for paying at the same time of another girl, I'm 7 month pregnant and I expected to have priority, the girl was just selfish and claimed that she arrived first, the checkout guy did not intervene AT ALL to give me priority, he just left us discuss, I wasn't in a mood to discuss with her, so I just let her pass.... But seriously, with a long waiting line to pay and no priority line, it's just not nice pay for a disappointing, flavorless and expensive meal... Sorry but I won't come back. Update: Au fait, je ne me suis jamais plaint de la flûte à alcool. Il est assez impoli que vous répondiez de manière générique à toutes les réclamations, il ne semble pas que vous vous intéressiez vraiment à l'avis de vos clients pour...
Read morePathetic! I spent my birthday here. This place was chosen by my brother and I’m used to the Brazilian buffet in San Francisco. To my disappointment, the restaurant was awful, I’ve never seen any waiter that each time I requested something I wanted, he frowned as if I should not ask. Not only that the open buffet was limited in choices, in amount, but you can’t also order more than once on the meat listed to order even if I only had one meat and it took me a while to get the last meat I wanted. It’s a pathetic place to eat! Stay away! You will be disappointed!!!the fish had a smell and was very salty for my mom and sister. You can’t share your plates to anyone on the table either. Everything was limited, the waiter never smiles as if he hated our table, he makes faces each time one of us wants the meat listed to order and there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. I wonder when do they shut down. May be the kind of clientele in the ghettos are the kind they should serve and keep them in business but as for myself, it is a waste of money and time and energy. You’ll be in the dark too when you’re in the bathroom because it has a motion sensor as if you should only make your drops within a second. Really an...
Read moreUnfortunately its nothing related to real Brazilian Rodízio concepts, In terms of generosity and service. We where group of 7 we choose the advanced menu 37€ for person and at the end we noticed that’s everything was limited (one round of everything) specially for Picanha even the Ananas was like max 3 slices for each person and the adicional one was like doing a favour and top of that everything was served cold when its supposed to serve directly from the grill to table.
We felt like we are in...
