A very unfriendly and arrogant service! We had to wait 20 minutes to order our drinks while we had a lunch reservation. We were not able to order directly our courses so we had to wait another 10 minutes to order our food. Most of us ordered the 3 course steak menu. We received our first course which was nice, no one asked for another drink. Then we waited for 40 minutes, before we asked inside what was taking so long… after another 10 minutes we finally received our main courses, mostly cold and the vegan option was dull and tasteless. As it was already taking so long and we were cold, and they even did not take our desserts options yet, we asked to cancel the dessert. Where instead of just apologizing for the 2 hours we were sitting on the cold terrace mostly ignored by them, they charged us the full price for the two courses which was even more than the menu price! Got treated horribly here. The host kept asking if we were sure we wanted to eat there in the rudest way possible, implying we couldn’t afford it. Then she yelled at us to wait and told us we had to eat super fast (literally less than an hour) because the tables were reserved. We were a group of four younger girls, and it was painfully obvious that they treated us differently from the other customers, who were all white and older.

The server ignored us the entire time (not the younger ones) while being super attentive to everyone else. When we tried ordering, half the menu was unavailable.

I have never experienced this kind of treatment at a restaurant before, and I’m convinced it was discrimination. If you don’t look like their usual clientele, don’t expect to be treated with basic respect. (At least their hot...

Bad food&Crazy prices. Fat meat swimming in cheap sunflower oil whereas it should have been grilled. Veggies and pure ok but nothing special. The worst: a menu with the price logic leading to make you OVERpay: Never ever seen a dish on a menu in any restaurant stating that the dish is for 2 people BUT the price in front is per person (1). (!!??) Ridiculous logic to trick people so in the end you pay what you though you orderedx2. “Voilá” I will not come again. As they already expect from most foreign tourists, so making this king of dirty trick in the menu doesn’t really make them a difference. Tomorrow someone else...
