La Reposette — Restaurant in Bonneville

Visited in a large group of thirteen on the last night of our trip and La Reposette was a delightful way to finish! Excellent service with everyone ordering three courses, delicious food with options to meet all needs and a busy but warm atmosphere throughout.

If visiting in the evening would recommend considering how you will arrive and return due to narrow largely unwalkable roads especially in the dark. The cost of a taxi is well worth it for...

The restaurant is on a hill near one of the many ski lifts. The menue has changed a lot so you will not find many of the recipies featured in the pictures, e.g. no more pokè bowl, no hamburger. We found the choice was a bit limited, but the tartare de boef was really good. Instead, the spare ribs were too burned, and the sauce was too sweet for our taste. Long waiting time. Great restaurant with amazing food and drinks and a lovely atmosphere. Great for evening meals and directly adjacent to the Saix gondola lift so a good option for lunch as east travel can be made from Samöens 1600m ski slopes and the whole Grand Massif area.
