Lhottys — Restaurant in Bonneville

Time to move on and give other restaurants my business. After years of using Hotties our last experience finally confirmed that the restaurant has had its time! After waiting to be sat with no acknowledgment for 15mins, it took another 20 mins for anyone to take the order, no tap water available even though French tables either side got it, food arrived cold before drinks and then had to go to the bar to pay as no follow up service! Staff could not be more unfriendly! We paid an outrageous 14euro for two warm cokes and an ice lolly, when I politely asked if it would be possible to have a glass with some ice the bar man was very displeased and just scooped up the ice with his sweaty hands. After being seated for less than a minute we were then told we had to vacate our table as we weren't having food, so we had to finish our drinks standing. general staff are friendly and work hard, the owner on the other hand is very rude to his customers, cares more about lightning his sigarette than serving his customers, was swearing at us cause we wanted to split the bill cause it was to "busy", there were maybe 10 vustomers at that time. price for the quality of food is alright, nothing special. The owner really needs to rethink how he deals with his customers. Probably won't...
