We ordered the menu of the day that should come with a veal, they changed to chicken but never asked if we would be OK with it. Instead, they served the sauce where the veal was cooked with a boiled kitchen done with spices. It changed completely the plate. When questioned at any moment we heard any apologies, but instead it was first said as we misunderstood (and I had confirmed at the moment of the ordered that was veal, making the waitress repeat!). Also, the wine that was ordered to eat with the main dish was just served at really end of the meal. A very nice and cosy restaurant in the heart of Sallanches.

After parking our car at one of the dedicated places, we had a very warm welcome from the host.

Seating at your table, you will immediately feel well, lot of nice touches will surround you, so take a moment to look at all the details that make this restaurant a special place to be and share a great time.

The food is excellent, great selection of dishes and local wines. A special notes to the presentation and my recommendation will go for the scallops with a surprise ingredient... (No spoilers!)

Judging from the look of things and the fact that the sign on the door had indicated recently being closed for work, I'd say this place had a complete facelift and it looked great. The staff though are what really make this place special. Everyone was super helpful and cheery. The food was expertly prepared and the prices very agreeable .
