The waitresses were incredibly arrogant and rude. We had a reservation with confirmation and we were sent away again. The waitress treated us like second class citizen and rolled her eyes at us as if it were wrong that we were not speaking french.

I have not been treated like this in a long time and did not expect this as the previous time we were here everything was fine and it was our favourite tartiflette place - now they lost a good customer group and revenue. Even if they probably believe they don’t need it, which they will, as European ski areas will decline if behaviour like this persists and the weather and snow will get worse within the next decade.

Nous avons réservé auprès d'Elena à 12h30 pour 14h. Nous sommes arrivés 15 minutes avant et Elena nous a dit d'attendre. Après une heure d'attente, Elena nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus d'électricité, qu'il n'y avait plus de nourriture, que la cuisine fermait et que nous devions partir. Cependant, nous avons vu de la nourriture sortir en permanence, les lumières étaient allumées et nous avons décidé d'attendre. Elena et le reste de l'équipe ont continué à servir et nous ont complètement ignorés. Nous avons parlé à tous les membres de l'équipe possible et seul Olivier a été attentif à nous. Le manque de respect d'Elena est incroyable. Elle s'est montrée grossière à plusieurs reprises et nous a accusés de lui manquer de respect, alors que nous attendions patiemment et que nous demandions pourquoi le service n'était pas disponible pour nous. Il est clair qu'il s'agit d'un service spécifique aux français. Le manque de gestion et d'organisation est ridicule. Il est regrettable que ce type de service fasse de l'ombre à la beauté de la vue. We made a reservation with Elena at 12:30 for 2pm. We arrived 15 minutes before and Elena told us to wait. After waiting one hour, Elena told us that they had no electricity, no food was going to come out any more and that the kitchen was closing, and we had to leave. However, we saw food coming out constantly, the lights were on and decided to wait. Elena and the rest of the team continued to serve and disregarded us completely. We have spoken with every single member of the team possible and only Olivier has been attentive to us. It is incredible the lack of respect by Elena. She has repeatedly spoken rudely and accused us of being disrespectful to her, while we have just been patiently waiting and asking why service was unavailable to us. It is clear that it is a service that is specific to french people. The lack of management and organization is ridiculous. Unfortunate to have this kind of service overshadow the beauty...
