if you are Chinese, do not come here. Extremely disappointing. Food is not Chinese, and all dishes had the same taste of some sweet oyster/hoisin sauce. We were a large party of Chinese (and one non-Chinese person who appreciates Chinese Food) and randomly picked this restaurant of 4.7 stars on Google. In my opinion, even as a restaurant for local French people, the chef completely dismiss the French people's ability to appreciate real authentic Chinese Food and decide to cook everything using the same sauce and give them Chinese names. For example. Gong Bao Chicken which is one of the best recognized and common dishes, came out far from what it should be like. Not all Chinese restaurants have to be really authentic and i have no issue with chef adapting to local palate but at least have some respect if you call yourself a Chinese restaurant.

Fantastic place to have an office party! Food was topnotch. The French foodies in our group testified "best in Bordeaux". This time, some of us had a Jasmine Tea Salmon that was crispy hot and caramelized on the outside and borderline raw in the inside, sealing in the fatty juices and tender texture. The Tea Gourmand with Taiwanese Oolong was original and full of delightful details. The chicken dumplings were plump and full of flavor. What an evening! The à la carte choices were also extraordinary. Everyone complimented the wide variety and complexity of sauces used in the various dishes. We had a party of 20 so there was a bit of waiting time as food was served freshly made, but everyone agreed it was completely worth the wait, knowing that the very nice and accommodating owner had our best...

Probably one of the best places in Bordeaux to try a true, original Chinese cuisine. The flavours are really great, the menu is carefully composed by the chefs who really put great care into offering a great selection of delicious dishes with quality ingredients. The dessert I had was a very nice invention of a European style dessert made out of traditional Chinese ingredients:black sesame ice cream, sweet beans pastries. Try it, you won't...
