Seguin Sound — Restaurant in Boulogne-Billancourt

In spite the nice decoration, this is an awful place with very dishonest waiters and service. Went twice with a very large group for business and the waitress (unfortunately is always the same one) try to charge us for things that we haven’t asked. Since the restaurant was quite busy, the staff were highly unorganized and making a lot of mistakes during service - which I can understand if the restaurant is packed, but it was only 3 large tables (by large I mean 5 to 7 people) at the moment around 20hs with no concerts that day. The worst is the way the waitress handled the complaining and the bill difference - even though we still had all the glasses on the table and the payment receipt proving that what we were claiming were fair, she was still very stubborn not wanting to check and saying that "we were very drunk". Very amateur reaction for a place like this in this location.

As hostess with important guest looking for a nicer place nearby to celebrate the great year that we had, I was very disappointed and uncomfortable at the end. If you’re at the area for the same reason as me (or even for a concert), I highly suggest to go to the restaurant right on the side called O2, the staff is much better, they always have everything on the menu and you probably will not be...

This place is unique in Boulogne and amazing ! There is space, the terrasse is excellent to get a drink during those Indian summer days, the beer is excellent and home made, the waiters and waitress are extremely polite and kindness, and there is a type of atmosphere that can keep you for a long part of the night. Have celebrated my birthday this month for 100 persons and have to admit that it was a 10/10: apéro on the terrasse till midnight then dance floor upstairs. Food served among the guest and no problem for the noise. I really like this place, because all type of population can come and have a drink or eat and there is always a good spirit. Bonjour, Face à l’expérience décevante que mes amis et moi avons vécue ce samedi 22 juin 2019, je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Voici un résumé des faits. Le mercredi 19 juin, je suis passé au « Seguin Sound » pour la première fois indiquant que je souhaitais y venir poursuivre la soirée de mon anniversaire se déroulant le samedi soir. Accueil chaleureux de l’associé du lieu, sans demander il me propose un happy hour sur les bières exclusivement pour mes amis et moi (10 personnes) jusqu’à 2h. Information qu’il indique sur l’agenda de service et me fait visiter ensuite l’espace discothèque en sous-sol. Je ressors ravi de ce rendez-vous et me projette de manière enthousiaste concernant cette soirée à venir. Le samedi en question, nous arrivons comme prévu vers 23h30 sur place. J’annonce au serveur qu’il est convenu un happy hour pour notre groupe. Le directeur de la nuit vient me dire avec arrogance et mépris qu’il n’avait pas d’Email à ce sujet et que ce serait donc impossible. Je lui rappelle avec précision l’accord du jeudi. Avec condescendance, il maintient son refus. Par principe, je lui indique que si la promesse de cet happy hour n’est pas effective, nous partirons. Il passe un appel téléphonique et reviens s’excuser pour cette information erronée et nous annonce 15% de remise sur l’ensemble des consommations pour toute la soirée. Il nous offre même un shot de vodka chacun. Le malentendu semble réparé. Au moment de régler, le ticket de caisse affiche un montant plein tarif et ne fait pas mention de cette remise annoncée. Nous signalons cette anomalie. Le directeur de la nuit s’agace et nous rembourse le montant de la différence en nous jetant les pièces. Il est 3h du matin, l’espace discothèque est vide, la musique live du DJ est ennuyeuse (j’entends évidemment qu’il s’agit d’un goût personnel), l’ambiance est morose, les personnes désertent le lieu. Nous quittons l’endroit avec la résolution de ne jamais y retourner. Dommage de voir un bar/brasserie/discothèque avec autant de potentiel (vue, espace, situation) aussi mal géré et animé.
