My wife and I went there this afternoon just for a coffee, my wife had to go order inside after waiting ages for the appearance of any form of attention. Eventually a cheesy faced (don't forget the tip smile) waiter brought two cups of coffee. We sat a awhile and then my wife went to pay inside for the two cups of coffee. Then the sleight of hand happened...... He saw my wife approaching with a 20€ in her hand to pay, he already held a 10€ note in his hand and took the 20€ note from my wife, he then short changed her and then asked " did you you give me a 20€ or a 10€ ?" and my wife just looked at him as if to say " do you think I'm and idiot " This is not the first time my wife or I have had this common scam. Lorsque je descends sur Ceret depuis Oms, Souvent j'ai plaisir, l'été de me poser à la terrasse du grand café. Là, je suis au première loge pour apprécier les différentes partitions de cette petite ville d'artiste.
