Went for Sunday lunch so perhaps busier than usual. Slow but friendly service. Ordered starters and mains. Kids ordered full size pasta dishes and we had fish stew for two. Fish was amazing! Kids pasta not so. Their portion was same size as kids portion we’d seen heading to another table. It was cold, had hardly any sauce on it and was really not very appetising at all. It’s surely one of the easiest meals to get right?! Spoiled what would have been a lovely, if overpriced meal. We asked if they’d delivered us the kids pasta instead but despite being the same size it was in fact the adult portion. Really weird. They were smiling and friendly but completely dismissive of any suggestion that the pasta was disappointing. We decided against deserts on basis that they might be as disappointing as the pasta and went next door to the very nice beach snack bar for waffles and coffee! Awesome. Déçue et blessée Lors d’un repas d’anniversaire, dans une tablée de 11 personnes avec enfants. Je pense que je n’ai jamais été traitée de cette façon dans un restaurant. Après avoir commandé un plat de la pêche du jour : de l’espadon, nous avons ete servi très rapidement. Mon poisson m’a été servi joliment mais en pavé très epais et avait ete simplement snacké et était donc cru. Je suis allé voir l’équipe en leur expliquant que je l’aimais vraiment cuit. Ils ont accepté ma demande et sont revenu 15mn après avec mon plat. Malheureusement le poisson était encore cru a cœur. Étant donné le prix du plat et le fait que je ne voulait pas que ce poisson soit jetr j’ai refait une demande. Le cuisinier est alors arrivé furieux dans la salle en demandant tout haut "qui avait un problème avec la cuisson du poisson" Je lui ai dit que c’était juste une question de gout et non sa facon de cuisiner et que j'étais désolée. Je me suis alors faite littéralement gueulée dessus en me disant qu’il ne fallait pas prendre ce plat, que ça se mangeait comme ça, que le poisson était frais, que si ce ne m’allait pas je n’avais qu’à aller acheter du poisson chez leclerc ou manger une boîte de thon. Mon frère est intervenu en disant que c’était inadmissible de me parler comme ça. Je suis retournée le voir en cuisine pour m’excuser qu’il ait pensé que je remettais en question sa cuisine mais que ces propos à mon egard n’était pas approprié, malgré cela il est resté sur sa position. Les autres membres de l’équipe étaient adorables et désolés, ils ont fini par m’offrir le plat même si je ne leur ai pas demandé. We went with a group of friends and everything was quite nice. We parked at site de Paulille because near to the restaurant the parking lots are not sufficient and all booked. During the weekend they have a DJ who plays on vinyl electronic music. The food is good but you need to come early to have more choices.
