Definitely our favorite in Saint Florent. Have been dining here several times during our stay in Corse, and it has been always up to our expectations and often beyond. If you are used to fine restaurant you won't be disappointed: location is very nice, food is truly good with a strong focus on high-quality ingredients (we ate seabream, cold cuts, lobster, dessert), service is not fast, but everyone is truly kind and it's undoubtedly worth the wait. Corse is also offering some good wines, to ensure you dinner is more than perfect. Price is in line with quality and location. Reserve you table at least one say in advance, just to be sure Super recommended!

Français: Définitivement notre adresse préférée à Saint-Florent. Nous y avons dîné plusieurs fois durant notre séjour en Corse, et cela a toujours été à la hauteur de nos attentes, souvent même au-delà. Si vous êtes habitué aux restaurants gastronomiques, vous ne serez pas déçu : l’emplacement est très agréable, la cuisine est vraiment excellente avec une grande attention portée à la qualité des ingrédients (nous avons mangé de la dorade, de la charcuterie, du homard, des desserts). Le service n’est pas rapide, mais tout le monde est vraiment aimable et cela vaut sans aucun doute l’attente. La Corse propose aussi de très bons vins, ce qui rend le dîner encore plus parfait. Les prix sont en adéquation avec la qualité et l’emplacement. Réservez votre table au moins un jour à l’avance, pour être sûr. Super recommandé!

Italiano: Decisamente il nostro ristorante preferito a Saint-Florent. Abbiamo cenato qui più volte durante il nostro soggiorno in Corsica ed è sempre stato all’altezza delle aspettative, spesso anche oltre. Se siete abituati a ristoranti di livello non resterete delusi: la location è molto piacevole, il cibo è davvero ottimo con grande attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime (abbiamo mangiato orata, affettati, aragosta e dessert). Il servizio non è velocissimo, ma il personale è estremamente gentile e l’attesa vale senz’altro la pena. La Corsica offre anche ottimi vini, che completano la cena in modo perfetto. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità e con la posizione. Consiglio di prenotare almeno un giorno prima per sicurezza. Super...

We had a wonderful evening at Le Crique in La Florent. The location is absolutely stunning, right by the sea with a perfect view of the sunset – truly unforgettable. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was very good, definitely worth trying.

It is a bit on the pricier side, but the atmosphere and experience make it worthwhile. The only downside is that they don’t accept card payments, only cash. In our case, the staff went out of their way to help us and we managed to pay via bank transfer, which we really appreciated.

Located on a rock beyond the City of Saint-Florent and with great sea view this restaurant offers extraordinary good and fresh seafood and also meat. There are no vegetarian options, though. Dinner starts at seven, and service is very friendly. They speak English, and explain you the menu. I ordered tartare of a dorade and a fresh dorade.
