Was an excellent experience. We were 7 to take lunch there after the RVF etape. Food was nice bistro food, decently priced. Wine was just awesome. We had Ch du Pape Beaurenard 2007 that was drinking beautifully. Also a Chidaine Les Argiles; Guiberteau Saumur, Fosse Seche Chenin and finished with 2013 Les Lanes by Ch la Baronne. There was a change of ownership a few days ago. What a difference!!! You actually feel welcomed, the owners and the waitress are nice and smiling . Good food, good service and a great environment. Lots of locals, which is always a good sign. Worth mentioning, they have a good choice of beers including draft; in this wine country it's not always the case. We were staying in Cairanne for 6 nights and we ate here twice. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I had the Cailette (sp?) with a salad and loved it.
