What a treat. The owner does it all by himself, so you settle for what he is capable of in terms of speed and his waiting of tables. Which is very efficient to be honest. Lovely guy. If you like nicely dressed tables and slick waiters go next door, come here for a real experience. The starter was a bruschetta with sardines, basic yet refined, seemingly simple and yet full of flavour. The ossobucco perhaps not in the way you expect it perhaps yet very tasty. The chocolate pie superb. We won't be near this neck of the woods any time soon but will happy do a huge detour to be back. J'ai passé un très beau moment culinaire. Le Chef, seul, était en cuisine et au service (problème de personnel (?). Je recommanderais vivement cette table ! , si le Chef peut me confirmer en retour que, (à l'instar de ce qu'IL INDIQUE LUI-MÊME sur sa carte: "sa crème brûlée est faite maison", avec précisions, "sans poudre et arômes vanille artificiels", ...), que tous ses plats de la carte sont faits maison par lui, et non, seulement réchauffés. Désolé de mon commentaire et l'attente d'une réponse, mais ce cas ci-avant décrit est malheureusement trop souvent vérifié, ce qui fait d'ailleurs que j'ai réduit mes sorties restaurants pour cette raison.

Vor dem Besuch des Chateau Cormatin haben wir hier gegen 15 Uhr fein gegessen. Mein 3 Gänge Menü für 18!! € bestand aus der Vorspeise La Tarte Dolce Vita Jambon Mozz Emmenthal Roquettes, dem Hauptgericht Lasagnettes Carbon Ära Poitrine Fumee Et Salade und dem Dessert Les Deux Profiterolles Clace Vanille Chocolat Choud. Alles echt klasse und das Dessert war sogar traumhaft. Der Chef war sehr hilfsbereit was unsere Sprachdefizite anging und kümmerte sich auch sonst sehr um uns. Er war der erste Franzose der fragte woher wir aus D kommen! Alles in allem also sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig die Tische an der stark befahrenen Strasse kann man bemängeln.
