Le Bistroy — Restaurant in Cherbourg

We had a magnificent overall experience at Le Bistroy and could not have been happier. The food was absolutely delicious. We were a group of 7 from the US and UK. We mostly ordered the tuna carpaccio, scallops and pork, as well as dessert. It was all amazing. We wanted to order a second bottle of Cheverny. Sadly, they were out of it but a very kind stranger at a table next to us offered us the last 3rd of there’s! The staff were very kind and the chef came out at the end of the meal to say hello. Très très très bonne découverte (honte à nous qui sommes quettehouais !) 1ere mais loin d'être la dernière fois ! C'était un délice du début à la fin et le service impeccable ! Ayant 10 ans de restauration j'ai la critique facile, mais là rien à dire (au grand plaisir de mon Conjoint) j'ai au contraire remarqué beaucoup de choses positives qui manquent dans beaucoup d'autres resto du val de saire De l'entrée au dessert c'était un régal pour nous deux, la cassolette d'escargot vaut le détour !
