She has childhood travel connection to the Far East & beyond which she weaves into her exquisite dishes (all locally-sourced-products). I had fois -gras & quince as my starter & the lamb tagine styled dish as my main. This was on a generous bed of authentic styled Moroccan couscous which was delicious - the lamb was tender - adequately moist and spiced to compliment the couscous which hit memories of my last trip to Marrakesh . Mark enjoyed the burrata starter which was served on a portion of lightly spiced cooked pears which took a simple dish to another level of deliciousness. His main of Mushroom ravioli was homemade packets of Italian magic - another generation portion which he couldn’t finish but took home as he couldn’t fathom wasting it . The food was excellent throughout, the atmosphere charming and we felt very well looked after. It is also very good value for a place of such quality.
