They really know how to cook here. Im able to make this opening statement less than 5 pc of my 16 billion reviews so far. They also know how to design a 4/4/4 menu, create a value laden top of table (yes, i included a photo of the linen napkins because they're as rare as a cat in a dog parlour.). The escape escabeche with the octopus said it all. The fish and lamb courses were ideal exhibits to use at a hotel school cookery class (which, yes, i have taught). They were balanced, designed, and executed. The desserts didn't hit the same heights. Though the strawberry soup was a lovely enough suffix. The chocolate coated nougat semifreddo was inauspicious, but the caramel made it all worthwhile. The wines by the glass cover every base.
