This is an authentic and wonderful restaurant serving super delicious Alsatian food. We went once for dinner and it was so good we returned the evening after. Chef Helmut's jambonneau was excellent. Moist, flavourful, and goes so well with the Munster cheese. The baeckoff was also really delicious. Their tarte flambees were also the best we have tried in the week we were in Alsace. That was basically the highlight, we had a fantastic moment talking with these folks, helping us to go through the +1h of waiting to get our magret. I arrived with my girlfriend both very late for lunch (most restaurants would have the kitchen closed at 15:30) and same goes for the evening (around 22:00).
