The staff member who dealt with us was charming and I feel bad about writing such a harsh review, but... I can only assume something went wrong in the kitchen...we were the only customers and the food we were presented with was neither fresh nor properly cooked (watery steak, pungent recently defrosted fish, semi-cooked chips). We had a couple of mouthfuls each, paid and left. As there are so many good reviews for this restaurant I can only guess that they prepared food for us on the spare of the moment with ingredients that were not fit for purpose instead of not accepting our last minute...

Always wonderful choices featuring locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, such as delicious gravlax of Pyrenean trout, entrecote of veal in (local) blue cheese sauce, and occasionally featuring lovely briney Atlantic oysters.
