Boutique Gourmande — Restaurant in Confolens

Called in on Wednesday and purchased 2 expensive bottles of wine , I speak very little French and not very well , I made a mistake and chose the wrong wine. I read the negative reviews on line and expected a poor reception if I asked to exchange. I can say the opposite happened he was very understanding and exchanged the wine with no problems whatsoever. Stunning shop with some gorgeous gifts etc and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I will definitely be purchasing more...

Should be no stars What an experience in customer relations. Went in to be met by owner? When we said we were English and wanted to look round were told 'Non looking we are closed' How can you buy anything if you aren't allowed to look? Maybe a sign saying ' No English Allowed ' should be displayed....

We have visited this shop numerous times and have enjoyed the experience as it is so well stocked and struggle to find the equivalent shop back in the Uk. So when we are in the area we make sure we visit it and the shop owner is very friendly and happy to help. Highly...
