The hidden gem of Linguizetta! The restaurant has an incredible local feel to it. It seemed like staying at someone’s home for dinner. The staff is multilingual (German, French, English) and nice. It’s possible to pay with card, which is rather an exemption on the island. The menu is focused on grilled meats. For those who rather skip on the meat there are few options (including salads and meatless pizzas). Pizzas are ok, served on a thin (tortilla like) crust. The undeniable stars are plates of Corsican cheeses, meats and melon wrapped in prosciutto. Read moreHad dinner here but regret our choice. Do not believe the reviews raving about best pizzas in Corsica. Definitely not real pizzas and no good quality either. They are more like flammkuchen with pizza toppings and a lot of greasy cheese. Salad looked nice but was bland and seemed to be made from yesterday 's veggies. If booked early in the evening you will have to deal with a lot of wasps. Owners do not seem to be bothered. The waiters where more interested in a football match on TV. Eventually we requested to eat our food inside. Would not return here or...
