Burger King — Restaurant in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire

Today, I gave a visit to this newly built BK as I live in the local area of Cosne. In terms of restaurant and service, there is nothing to say - it’s modern, the cleanliness of the tables, bathroom space and floors are impressive. The workers seem nice especially the person serving. Unfortunately, the food was truly not good, for the price anyone expects better, the sandwiches are stacked on the preparation area since I don’t know how much time. I ordered a Master Poulet - nicely presented on the ordering screen and disappointed when unwrapped - it was flatten, the lettuce all wilted, and the bread stale. The other people in my table were not impressed either. Perhaps the best thing is to order items that « fly of the self » to guarantee freshness of your choice. It’s hard to ruin a sandwich yet this BK ruined my desire to return...

Waleed the manager is extremely nice. We are tourists from Greece and we were lost on a Sunday night, looking for food, all the way from Clamecy.

Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30, restaurant non bousculer par la foule et correct en apparence et pourtant… Nous avons commander 2 menus sur les bornes, le service et la préparation a été fais par une équipe de piercing de nez, ce qui n’est en aucun cas ni hygiénique ni professionnel, une équipe lente et surtout aux vues de l’issue, qui n’as rien à faire là. Longue durée pour préparer et servir les commandes et en pour combler le tout un des menus c’est avéré incomplet et médiocre en qualité ! un hamburger manquant des frites froides et molles un sprit sans goût et sans bulles un wrap chèvre qui n’était pas au chèvre Si les personnes chargées des préparations de commandes ne sont pas capable de lire attentivement leur écrans, un retour immédiat aux études s’impose. Quand au restaurant en tant que tel, il était salle et non accueillant, je penses que les équipes de nettoyage non pas non plus leur place dans ce genre d’enceinte. Je déconseille fortement ce restaurant rapide qui vient d’ouvrir ses portes et qui à mon avis ferai mieux, de déjà...
