La Flambée du Vercors — Restaurant in Die

We had the most delicious pizza here in June while on holiday. They were very busy, but very welcoming, and warned us it would be a bit of a wait, but we were very happy to sit outside in this charming street and relax with locally made beer and lemonade. And it was definitely worth the wait - some of the best pizza we have ever had!

We were really lucky, I think they reached capacity for orders shortly after, so next time we visit we will make sure to order in advance. Looking forward to eating here...

Three minute walk from campsite. Ordered what we wanted in English. Told it would be ready in 20 minutes and it was. Very friendly and great atmosphere. Wood fired oven in corner of the shop. soit pas des notes élevé pourquoi !! ce qui a attire mon attention , pizza feu de bois !! a l'intérieur aucune odeur de mozza , aurigan ex.. que parfume la sale (attention je n'ais pas dit que c'est dégluasse ) la conception de la pizza ,pate d'une main ,telephone de l'autre ?? un jambon champignon olive fromage 10€ rien a dire et c'est la que pour moi cette pizza avais tout pour que je pette toute les etoiles 12 € aurigan et mozza , cuit au feu de bois toute les Etoiles pour 2 ingrédients voir 2€ de plus une odeur agréable a la place de ce gruyère qui pour moi et pas un bon parfum a méditer c'est juste un avis pour moi le prix et important mais le gout aussi 2ou3 € pour cette odeur en rentrent et ce...
