Ich war nun das dritte Jahr in Folge hier, aber dieses Mal leider zum letzten Mal.

Der Grund: eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung während der Happy Hour. Diese geht laut Angabe bis 23 Uhr. Wir standen um 22:58 Uhr am Tresen, doch die Barkeeperin war bereits mit dem Aufräumen beschäftigt. Dadurch konnten wir unsere Bestellung erst um 22:59 Uhr aufgeben – also noch klar innerhalb der Happy Hour.

Beim Bezahlen wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass es „zu spät“ gewesen sei und wir den regulären Preis zahlen müssten. Die Art und Weise, wie uns das gesagt wurde, war zusätzlich extrem unfreundlich und herablassend. Ein klarer Fall von Abzocke – der Fehler lag nicht bei uns.

So geht man nicht mit Gästen um – schon gar nicht mit Stammgästen. Wirklich schade, denn ich habe den Laden in den letzten Jahren gern besucht. Aber nach dieser Aktion ist für mich endgültig Schluss.

This was my third year in a row visiting this place – and unfortunately, it will be my last.

The reason: a very disappointing experience during Happy Hour. It officially runs until 11:00 PM. We were at the bar at 10:58 PM, but the bartender was already cleaning up. Because of that, we could only place our order at 10:59 PM – still clearly within Happy Hour.

When it came time to pay, we were told it was “too late” and charged the full price. To make things worse, the bartender was incredibly rude and dismissive about it. It felt like a scam – especially since the delay wasn’t our fault.

Very disappointing service and a poor way to treat returning customers. I won’t be coming back.

C’était ma troisième année consécutive dans cet établissement – et malheureusement, ce sera la dernière.

La raison : une expérience très décevante pendant l’Happy Hour. Celle-ci est censée durer jusqu’à 23h00. Nous étions au bar à 22h58, mais la barmaid était déjà en train de ranger. À cause de cela, nous n’avons pu commander qu’à 22h59 – donc toujours dans le temps imparti.

Lors du paiement, on nous a dit qu’il était « trop tard » et que nous devions payer le tarif normal. Ce qui a rendu la chose encore pire, c’est la manière extrêmement désagréable et méprisante avec laquelle cela nous a été annoncé. Le retard ne venait pas de nous – on s’est sentis arnaqués.

Local guests are unfriendly, like the owner of the bar. The bar asks extra money for the cups, but they make trouble when you try to return them. They’ll throw you out for nothing. Owner accuses me of ‘stealing’ glasses from tables while it was usually politely asked to the people from which we received them. The bar tries to rip you of your money and makes trouble when you use there own system against them. It would have gotten two stars is the owner wasn’t such a bad sport. This all because at least one of the security guys is a real G and. The other two are quite aggressive and unfriendly. One of the barkeeps (the one with the beard at the cocktailbar) is pretty cool. Absolute terrible service. After waiting for 1,5 hours for our food my wife asked one of the waiters if everything was still alright. Instead of replying the waiter made a really rude comment about my wife. I was flabbergasted and asked what he ment with that. Then suddenly the owner came and started yelling at us to wait for our food. I couldn’t believe it. I’m never coming to this...
