Le Saint Julien — Restaurant in District of Dax

We visited the Saint Julien at the night of Saint Julien en fête. We came to see the local party. What happened was really sad as my parents like to visit the Saint julien and told me the owner is a hard worker. I doubted if I should leave my review here, but I was victim of violence and got hit in the bar. Of course, you expect the owner of the bar to send out the people that caused the violence and initiated this. However, saint Julien thought it was a better idea to send me home and offer me a free coffee in the day after. Non, après avoir eu de bons échos de personnes qui sont allées manger un midi, nous avons décidés d'y aller. Une table de neuf, le soir. Entrée impeccable pour moi, certains ont été déçus puis après c'est la catastrophe... Veau servi saignant ( et très gras), deux amis ont pris l'entrecôte pour deux servie cuite alors que commandée bleue froide. Accompagnements identiques pour beaucoup de plats (carotte, pommes de terre, topinambours) et très bof. Poisson à la nage pour un des convives vraiment à la nage dans un bouillon fade. Au dessert, miroir chocolat très bof. Le meilleur restera la carte des vins. Côté personnel, serveuse agréable, pour le serveur qui répond "je suis pas cuisto moi" de façon désagréable quand on lui dit que la viande est bien trop cuite, c'est limite.

Au final une table à neuf personnes, une note de table de 630 €, pas de remplacement de plat malgré des loupés énormes et même en restant agréable malgré tout ça, pas de café offert ou même de digestif.

Nous n'y retournerons plus et espérons que d'autres puisse y trouver des bons côtés.
