This is THE place to go in Bray Dunes for Mussels and Frites. Excellent food and wine without paying money on top for a sea view. Very friendly service. Easy parking as it is next to the Tourist Office car park. Six stars out of five. Or maybe seven. Addendum : After 1 1/2 years Covid we were finally able to enjoy a boozy afternoon here again with Mussels & Frites washed down with an excellent bottle (or two) of Rosé - only a 100 m walk from our apartment. The food was good, but ‘Fish and Chips’ without tartar sauce? That’s insane in my opinion. Same goes for ‘Moules Marinière’ it comes without mussel sauce. You can get the sauces, but only if you pay extra: €0.60 per sauce. Also, the back table on the right suffers from all the toilet traffic. The door opens outward, so anyone sitting there has to lean far forward to avoid getting bumped. As for the toilets themselves: very much “à la française,” meaning comfort is clearly...

On the plus side , it's reasonably priced and the service is attentive but busy but sadly we didn't enjoy the food here, The fries were overcooked and the steak wasn't a nice cut. It also was not cooked to how I ordered it but the staff were great and recooked it. The sauce wasn't great either with only a slight flavour.
