McDonald's — Restaurant in Fontenay-le-Comte

Lack of hairnets in the kitchen crew was appalling, but explains the hair I found in my nuggets (one in two crew members were wearing it, but it was all the long haired people that really needed it). Visited yesterday. Very poor experience. Quite busy but that would be expected on a Wednesday lunchtime. Quite dirty, tables not clean and nobody seemed to be doing any cleaning. Bins overflowing. In the end we took a table where the previous occupants had left their used trays but nobody came to remove them. When the food came (reasonably quickly) everything was at best lukewarm. Nous avons commandé moi et ma femme séparément avec 4 min d'écart sur nos tickets cb il etait 13h45 et moi 13h48 donc fin de service du midi ! nous nous installons en salle quelque minutes plus tard max 13h50 la commande de madame arrive . Ma commandé elle est arrivé juste à 14h16 soit 28min d'attente sur place et plusieur personne à avoir commander après on été servi avant moi ! Je vais voir au comptoir voir si y a pas un pb sur ma commande et la je me fait literalement renvoyer chier par le manager qui me dis que "c'est comme ça et que si j'ai pas envie d'attendre c pareil " ! Jamais on m'a parler comme ça dans un restaurant et encore moins un macdo le comportement du responsable est lamentable et j'estime ne pas avoir été audieux, menaçant ou injurieux pour que l'on me traite comme ça mais d'autre client été choquer de la manière dont il m'a répondu sans parler des salarier qui fume sur la terrasse et qui garde la porte ouvert au mois décembre pour parler ( et s'insulter cordialement) avec ce dis manager ! et donc le froid et les odeurs de clope qui viennent avec ! Bref je passerait toute les commandes précédent ou il manquais des produits ou des produits que je personnalisait et au final rien de modifié ! A FUIR ABSOLUMENT

Petite maj après 1mois et demi jattend toujours que le macdo en question me recontact ! Pour faire les beau et répondre des belle phrase toute faite en public y a pas de pb mais il se passe rien après....
