Came for lunch whilst staying in Sèvremont. This menu is fabulous and did not disappoint any of our party of 8. Variety, style, French cuisine at its best - don’t hesitate to book. Une très jolie découverte.

Un foie gras excellent, les toast tout juste chauds, parfait. Les poissons extrêmement bien cuits, et le conditionnement sur l'aile de raie vraiment exceptionnel qui vient sublimer le plat. Si on voulait chipoter, il manquerait un tout petit plus pour sublimer les desserts qui sont très bons mais un chouillat en dessous des plats. Mais bon...on sait qu'il est difficile d'être un excellent chef et un excellent pâtissier à la fois. Et à n'en pas douter, derrière ces plats se cache un excellent chef.

Côté service on sent que l'attention pour le client est là. Attention néanmoins peut être au réactions fasse aux questions des clients qui peuvent paraître bête côté salle mais qui pour le client sont souvent essentielles pour se guider et se conforter dans ses choix.
