I was a little worried based on other reviews that this place is hit and miss. It was a hit for us.

We arrived and explained we spoke French poorly. A very nice server brought over a manager (we suspect he was a manager given his demeanor), who spoke English and was incredibly kind and funny.

We have ordered our drinks and then ordered entrees (4 of them) to sample a few different things.

The corn flake poulet was a fun take on chicken nuggets - the chicken itself was incredibly tender and juicy and the sauce was both sweet and savory.

The burrata with truffle oil did NOT disappoint but could have been even better with a touch of sel.

The boeuf tataki was a bit of a mess, the meat was not uniform nor was it presented well. It had good flavor, but based on the prior 2 items, this was not at the same standard.

The foie gras lacked some flavor, but the brioche was very nice.

We ended with the chocolate cake - OMG that was amazing!

I'd absolutely go back and explore more of the menu, especially given how amazing the service was and how beautiful the...

It's actually in the neighborhood, this restaurant, and we had heard of if it. So on a Saturday we finally went there. It's was a pleasant surprise. The positive buzz, especially outside. Inside might be a bit too noisy (suffers from tinnitus). A wonderful view of the bay of Fort-de-France.

We sat down and made our orders. My partner a tuna filet and me a burger. Cokes were served immediately, chilled and with ice.

The atmosphere was cosy, and I'd even say somewhat trendy and chic. We could see how the tables next to us were served with one beautiful dish after another.

Finally our turn. The presentation was ... so fantastic. The tuna was perfect. I tasted it as well, and I must agree on, it was absolutely superb. A 9 or 10 out of 10. The burger was a bit less captivating. The salad, chips and meat was good, the extras in the burger was a lesser positive experience and the bread kind of crumbled when I tried to cut it into eatable pieces.

A sure return (just not for the burger) - with or without...

The food here was delicious and the cocktails are the BEST on the island. Everything we experienced here was far superior to every other place on this island. Whoever is running the kitchen and especially the bar keep it up because you have a real gem here. I’m really sad I didn’t get our bartenders name from last night because he is truly talented and created some amazing drinks for us, and deserves some recognition. For people complaining about service, everywhere on the island is on island time, so just realize you need to be a little more proactive and a little less rushed. I can deal with slower service as long as the food and drinks are worth it and trust me,...
