DANGEROUS do not go to this restaurant Allergic reaction inevitable - absolutely disgusting service and dangerous!!!

Went to this restaurant with our 10 year old son who has severe food allergies, which we made clear when ordering. Waiter told us to hurry up and got cross when I questioned his arrogance regarding what my son could have. He assured me he could have the pasta (anaphylactic to eggs) or anything on the child’s menu, when it came out it was yellow and I questioned another staff member to check with the kitchen to be told it contained egg. I was asked to order another meal - pizza, again double checked by the time it came out my son was too scared to eat it - he asked me to triple check, horrified to find out after reassuring him it too contained egg!!!

I spoke to 3 members of staff and all confirmed both meals my son was served to eat were safe until I questioned repeatedly to check with the chef. After the 2nd time I was flippantly thrown an allergy book - not shown prior. I asked to speak to the manager she was too busy and didn’t speak to me just carried on pouring drinks, and only 5 minutes later, when I said we were leaving she and two staff chased after me trying to grab me. By this time myself and my son were crying - both scared of what could have happened. I offered to contact the police.

Sickened and disgusted - they should be shut down! My son has got hives on his hands from cutting the pizza.

Most staff were rude, ambivalent and arrogant but mostly ignorant regarding allergies....

Une étoile à défaut d'en mettre aucune ! Quels points négatifs à relever ou plutôt quels sont les points positifs ?! C'est une accumulation de catastrophes !! Seul restaurant ouvert le premier de l'an, on nous demande de réserver la veille alors que l'établissement resera vide durant notre présence. A notre arrivée, la serveuse très très familière envers nous, nous installé au fin fond du restaurant dans un coin peu chaleureux et peu lumineux. La table étant serrée près du mur, je me permets de la déplacer mais la serveuse n'accepte absolument pas et me le fait comprendre de façon très irrespectueuse. Elle repousse la table contre moi me laissant à peine respirer. Ma mère lui fait comprendre que j'ai des difficultés à m'assoir lié à mon coccyx fracturé, sans lui précisé clairement mon état de santé. La serveuse pense que c'est par rapport à mon poids et me fait une remarque désobligeante ! Comportement iadmissible avec un manque de respect, de savoir-vivre et d'accueil surtout lorsqu'on est en contact avec le la clientèle mais malheureusement notre cauchemar ne s'arrête pas là. Elle nous donne UNE carte pour 6 et attends à côté de nous pendant notre lecture. Très désagréable. Notre table voisine comptant 8 personnes reçoit qu'une carte également. Un client réclame une deuxième carte à une autre serveuse mooooooooolle mais la serveuse principale lui retire des mains précisant : "c'est une carte par table et c'est pareil pour tout le monde!". À 12h, la carte manquait déjà 2 plats : pas idéale en période scolaire ! Les plats sont servis plus de 30 minutes après notre commande (3 bavettes, 1 entrecôte et 2 camemberts rôtis). La cuisson des viandes n'est pas respectée. On nous demande une sauce comme accompagnement, elle arrive à part dans l'assiette dans un mini-ramequin à partager à 2 ! Une salade était précise en supplément des frites, mais elle sera manquante ce jour. Une petite carafe d'eau n'est pas changé durant le repas... Heureusement que nous avons bu un apéro en terrasse avant. Nous avons mangé avec des manteaux et des gants car, certes le chauffage est allumé mais les portes restent ouvertes pour faciliter le va-et-vient du personnel. On lui fait remarquer et elle nous offre un digesrif pour nous réchauffer. C'est aberrant ! A l'heure des desserts, seuls une panna cotta, une tarte et un gâteau chocolat sont proposé. Le choix reste limité, on préfère aller ailleurs sans le cacher à la serveuse. Il faudrait revoir urgemment l’équipe ou leur offrir une formation de service et d'hygiène. La serveuse n'est pas présentable (cheveux gras, tee-shirt noir sale...) et porte un gant pour toucher nos plats, l'argent... Un vrai film d'horreur ! Alors je vous conseille le restaurant à l'opposé de celui-ci, au fond de la galerie, malheureusement fermé ce midi... qui vous sera beaucoup moins cher, agréable et avec des plats...

We ordered fondue for two. 10min eating it, the cheese became solid separated from the liquid fats, we asked for help and they heated it further. Eventually (as it was not returning to liquid) they took it to the kitchen. Two hours later we were still at the restaurant trying another pan of fondue (after asking for an alternative meal but they refused as they were making another fondue). That one also turned solid after 3minutes. The Bread was 20% new with 80% super old completely hard bread. When questioning this with the owner, she didn't care. And also didn't want to give me the sunweb discount because she had already finished the bill. No other compensation offered. It was really an unpleasant experience....
