On the positive side, the sweet sauce for the sushi is delicious and the option to order in advance is convenient. Additionally, it is more affordable compared to sushi shops in Switzerland. One star because NO ONE picks up the phone. I placed an order before 16.00. The app gave me 18:15 pick up time, which is not convenient for me. I wanted to cancel my order through app, which referred me to call to the shop. I called 4 times! After waiting for 8 minutes each time the call dropped, saying that all staff are occupied. I would say its very inconsistent. The reason I am leaving this review is because i just payed 25 euros for yesterdays sushi that I actually couldn’t eat.
