Arrived at 1730 to have pizza. We were given a menu and we decided what we wanted but then when the waitress arrived, she said no food until 1900. Not a problem, but the menu should really have stated food service starts at 1900. The board outside which has the menus should’ve also stated food service starts at 1900. My initial review was two stars overall, but gave 5 star for service and 4 star for atmosphere. The waitress then came out very upset and very loudly accused me of a bad review in front of all the clientele. She made me feel so bad and guilty that I had to change it to 5 stars to get out of there. I have since changed my review to 1 star. What was initially a pleasant experience turned into a very nasty bad experience which was played out in front of my two young children. Such a bad experience and one I will never forget. AVOID...

Lovely looking restaurant in a quaint 12th century setting. We have been using this restaurant for over 20 years and since it has changed hands, it has changed for the worse from a vegetarian/vegan perspective. We know this is France but we are in the 21st century now! Not one thing on the menu to eat apart from a hummus starter. We asked the young waitress serving us if they could do my wife a vegetarian salad and she said no. Sadly, until the choices get better we will not be visiting...

Nous y avons mangé le soir de la victoire française en coupe du monde. L'ambiance était normalement festive et bruyante. Pas de problème. En revanche nous étions 11 et avions réservé la veille. Résultat : nous étions relégués sur une table qui n'était manifestement pas faite pour accueillir 11 couverts. Le jour de la réservation on ne nous avait pas dit que la nourriture proposée se limiterait à des pizzas ou une assiette composée. Le choix était donc très limité. Nous étions situés juste derrière une grande table très bruyante, avec des gens visiblement bien atteinte par l'alcool, très bruyant, souvent limites qui ont commencé à s'asperger d'eau à tel point que je nous avons nous aussi été arrosés. L'excitation est montée d'un cran et une jeune fille membre de ce groupe à été coupée à l'arcade sourcilière par un tesdon de bouteille. Alors que nous protestions un membre de ce groupe nous a dit de nous détendre visiblement peu conscient de ce qui se passait. Les patrons du restaurant n'ont à aucun moment dit à ces personnes que plus d'alcool ne leur serait servi Ils n'ont pas même daigne venir s'excuser pour cette soirée gâchée alors même que nous y venions chaque année et que nous étions globalement satisfaits.
