so enjoyed eating at L'Atelier Gourmand. A perfectly shady and breezy spot to retire to, away from the baking sun. The food really was 10/10. I feasted on the poke bowl which was both colourful and nutrient dense - absolutely delicious. The pizza was great with a thin and crispy crust, and the dish of the day, duck with potatoes, authentically French and super tasty! Our waitress was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and, of course, she spoke perfect English. If you are passing by this way on a day trip through the mountains, you simply must stop to feast and take in the gorgeous view across...

I was in this restaurant with my family several times and we love this place! So delicious and excellent cuisine, very nice service and incredible views! We love to come here to enjoy the silence and atmosphere of the city and at the same time spend time in a cozy restaurant with a delicious lunch or dinner!...

Emplacement parfait de la terrasse à l’ombre d’un tilleul probablement centenaire et affublée d’une vue splendide sur la vallée. Nous avons pris la salade de chèvres chauds, bacon, confiture d’olive : un délice, même le bacon, parfaitement grillé et délicatement parfumé. La confiture d’olive valait également le détour (ou la pause). Lapin confit, pommes de terre au four, ratatouille aux olives : impeccable. Burger au porc épicé : pas gras, très bonne sauce au cheddar, pas d’avalanche de sucre. Accompagné de vraies frites maisons généreuses et délicieuses. Mais le must est venu avec le dessert : une crème brûlée lavande délicatement parfumée et surtout une tarte framboise à se pâmer : je n’avais pas goûter de framboises aussi bonnes depuis des années. La crème pâtissière et la chantilly vanille n’était pas en reste. Bref tout ça sentait bon la gourmandise et le fait maison. Une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous passez...
