We've been getting takeout from this little family-owned Indian restaurant for several months now, and I'm happy to see they've expanded to offer a small dine-in space. Today we had the pleasure of enjoying our lunch there. Our respect to this hard-working family for their dedication —they never cut corners on labor or ingredient quality, resulting in consistently delicious food, and I was particularly surprised the time and care the cook puts into preparing the rice in the traditional Indian way, which is very unusual in restaurants nowadays. I asked him why my rice is not as good as his and he told me how he prepares it in advance, I must admit I never repeated his method, as it is just so time consuming, but they do it in this restaurant, to deliver a quality product.
