Ordered at machines, paid and took a number. Went to find a table and noticed most were dirty from previous customers. It was 11.30am on a Sunday morning and there was probably 6 customers seated inside at the time so not at all busy.
A blue shirted manager type was being very shouty at the staff even though it was really quite quiet for a McDonald’s.
I saw that a tray had been placed by the side where they make drinks and watched it for 5 minutes before a young girl picked it up and took it to a table. She returned and picked up a neighbouring tray and brought it to me. This too had sat on the counter for at least 5 minutes.
The meal was lukewarm and my cheeseburger barely warm at all. The meal didn’t have either the curry dip for the nuggets or the dip for the fries. I noticed the previous customers had gone to the counter to get their forgotten dips and I did the same but apparently the French pronounce ‘curry’ differently than the English so I had to repeatedly mime dipping nuggets into a sauce until they gave me the missing dip.
After eating I went to wash my hands and both soap dispensers in the toilets were empty.
On the whole this wasn’t up to McDonald’s standards as I know them from the US and UK.
It felt like there was young undertrained staff being given a tasks that they weren’t sure of.
Also I don’t know if this is OK in France but a woman stood at the counter waiting for an order for like 10 minutes with a French bulldog on a lead. In the UK dogs aren’t allowed in McDonald’s restaurants as it’s seen...

We could not get parked in the car park so had to park on the road. Despite having a full car park, there were only a handful of people inside.
Our order took a while to arrive at the table, and when it did arrive, they forgot the fries. After telling staff, we got a reply of "are you sure?" and accompanied to the table for the girl to check. We asked for tomato ketchup when she went to go fetch some fries. Fried came back and no ketchup. We went up again for ketchup ...
I ordered a chicken wrap. Opened it, it was upside down and not wrapped. I constructed it myself. Whilst constructing the wrap, we noticed a member of staff taking the contents from the bin with his bare hands (old does etc.), when he was called over to deliver a tray meal to a table. You would think or *expect.him to wash his hands before doing that, especially after handling waste. Nope!
Went to the toilet. Had to use phone torch because light wasn't working.
We will never return! I would urge you to...
Read moreI've given it 3 stars as the food was as good as you would expect McDonald's to be and the overall cleanliness was good however, maybe I'm just used to McDonald's in England but the prices were very expensive in my opinion (€27.00 for 4 burgers, no fries and 4 medium soft drinks) Also maybe it was me, but I don't think they sell milkshakes which did surprise me. As I said earlier it could well be that I was expecting McDonald's to be pretty much the same worldwide and...
