Raw Living French Riviera (SARL HILICO) — Restaurant in Grasse

An ingenious start-up business providing world class Vegan products which cater to a growing market here in France, and in my opinion surpass the best Vegan products I have tasted worldwide.

Their cakes are sublime, soft and delicious, you can taste the high quality products and manufacturing methods being used. The variety of options; from Large to bite size (pictured below) come in such an exciting arrangement of flavours that literally explode in your mouth. They are all outstanding, unique and worth trying but my favourites so far are Tiramisu, Raspberry Cheesecake and "Snickers".

They make a range of Non-Dairy Milks which are the best I have ever tasted; my favourite is the Cafe Glace (Iced Coffee) but also the Poppy seed milk which was extraordinary and unique. In comparison to store bought alternatives the consistency of their milk is so smooth and rich, they make all other vegan milk taste like water!

They also make a variety of nut spreads which blew me away with their flavour and texture. I regularly enjoy their hazelnut spread on crepes with fruits (pictured below). So refined is their quality and taste that I have not been able to enjoy another brand since.

I cannot recommend this company enough, they have provided a range of products that not only are Vegan with Organic ingredients, but are healthier and more delicious than their Non-Vegan competitors.

If you have the pleasure of meeting the mastermind behind this boutique enterprise you will discover a kind and humble woman whose sole focus is to provide her clients with the best culinary experience the world can offer. I cannot wait for their new flavours, and I hope to enjoy them for many...

I worked with Peter and Vladimira on a sampling of different vegan desserts for my wedding, including a 3-layer cake. They went above and beyond in every aspect - their communication, professionalism, delivery and follow up to ensure we loved what we received. Planning a destination wedding wasn’t easy, but Raw Living French Riviera was far and away the easier vendor we had to work with in France for our wedding in August 2018. Simply DELICIOUS! Tastes so good, that I eat one personal Bounty cake on parking while walking to my car, so I turned back to take more. Its was like refreshing healthy icecream with coconut. Then I bought as well Raspberry cheesecake for my son's B-Day and honestly its was most delicious HEALTHY cake I ever eat. We couldn't stop eating it , the cake was gone in few minutes. We took Teramisu as well and it's also very very good. We like to have it while it's still half frozen and eat it as an icecream. Super recommended. I'll go to taste all the cakes they have.
