Let me tell you about this very decent Italian Trattoria.

First, you arrive in a lovely place, classic southern France masonry, lovely stone walls and nice terrace.

Then, a waiter will invite you in, quite pleasantly. I had a table reserved for seven friends and me, so we sat right away, enjoying the atmosphere. The decoration is mostly rustic but sophisticated in its own way.

We ordered charcuterie and cheeses platter to share, along with cocktails. I tried a nice Limoncello Spritz, sweet and enjoyable with this typical lemon taste. Some friends tried the virgin mojito, and the mojito, both well appreciated. The charcuterie was tasty and generous, and the cheeses didn't disappoint either.

After this interesting entrée, we ordered the main course. The choices here were quite variegated, from classic lasagna and pizze to beef tartare and calamari alla plancha. That last one was my choice, and a good one. Nicely roasted, the calamar was delicious, melting in mouth, served with its mashed squash.

We were so well served we didn't have any room for dessert, so that will be for next time.

To sum up, the experience was unforgettable, service was on point and the food spot on. You won't regret entering this lovely...

My recent experience at Trattoria Quattro was beyond disappointing. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that the staff were indifferent and uninterested in providing even a basic level of service. Our orders were consistently mixed up, and the wait for our food was interminable. However, what truly marred the experience was the manager's shockingly rude attitude. When we brought up our concerns about the poor service and food quality, instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the situation, the manager responded with outright hostility. Their dismissive and confrontational manner left us feeling insulted and completely disregarded as paying customers. It's appalling that a restaurant of Trattoria Quattro's reputation would tolerate such behavior from its management. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would caution anyone considering dining here...

Trattoria Quattro is, without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant on the French Riviera! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and an ambiance that feels authentically Italian yet perfectly blends with Riviera charm.

The menu is a masterpiece—every dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are impeccable. The pasta is cooked to perfection, the pizzas are divine, and their tiramisu is a must-try! Pair your meal with one of their expertly chosen wines, and you’re in for a treat.

The service is outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. Whether you’re dining al fresco with a view or enjoying a cozy meal indoors, Trattoria Quattro delivers an unforgettable experience every time.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to savor authentic Italian cuisine in the heart of the French Riviera. Can’t...

A very fancy place, the kind of place that is perfect for people looking to celebrate a special event or to take customer on a business trip to eat. The restaurant is big, offering numerous sittings, but it's best to reserve a spot in advance, and the atmosphere is nice. For lower budget, their pizzas are affordable (probably the only affordable option in their menu) and are extremely good. I also tried their dessert, although it is very good, the portion are quite small (except the tiramisu), and they are very expensive. I also have to say the personnel is very polite, nice and helpful. I would also add the personnel is honest, we once ordered pizza to take away with friends and wanted some drinks, but we were advised to buy them later in a small supermarket to have them cheaper, the honesty was much appreciated here.

Average food for high prices. Tasteless penne al salmone with too little sauce, therefore quite dry. Nothing impressive. We tried it again after 2 years, same conclusion. My trofie al rombo had very little rombo and the pasta was not boiled in salty water as it should, therefore tasteless. My boyfriend was especially disappointed with his lasagna. In his opinion it was the worst he ever had. Way too much bechamel, therefore too heavy. You couldn't sense the bolognese sauce which is the main ingredient in a lasagna. Service was slow and yet at the end they insisted on pointing the tip button, really!? Oh and there is an extra fee of you want to pay the bill through their app on the table. A total shame. And shame on us for returning. Never again!
