Overcharged the bill. Please be aware. I ordered €8.8 bud 50cl, €4.9 coke and Nutella crepe (chocolate crêpe in menu is €5.9). I was charged €23. I asked for the receipt, i was intimidated by the waiter who served in the sun lounge area asking and pushing his shoulder to me "what do you want?" I said I wanted receipt. He told me crêpe was from the restaurant so it's expensive. He then said it's €6.90. I used phone calculator to show him it should not be €23. I walked to see manager. She told me Nutella crepe is €7.8 not in the polite way. I told I was overcharged then she gave me €1.50 change. My point is not about money as I expected to pay more for ski resort but the fact that no price on the menu and no receipt when I asked seems to be cheeky. If it's a service charge, it should be mentioned in the menu.

To view menu by scan QR code from the table to order. Chocolate crêpe is €5.90 and no Nutella crepe price. I was charged for €7.80! No cutlery given by the way. Be prepared eat crepe by hands.

I never give review 1 star but being intimidated is...

If you decide to eat on piste, DON'T DON'T DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE! We were a group of 6 people who ordered a sandwich with fries + five coca-colas and a water. After approx. 15 minutes, we got the sandwich served, which was a dry slice of baguette with a piece of ham and cheese, and NOTHING else. It was very difficult to eat without having something to drink. We waited around 10 more minutes before the drinks arrived, so we could finish our sandwiches. Then we waited another 15 minutes before the fries arrived, which were cold and had no salt at all. After making a complaint, asking for a discount, we waited another 20 minutes (time we could've spent skiing). Our waiter then out of the blue served 6 shots of some strong french alcohol, which was "the best he could do". We ended up paying around 140 Euro for all this, as well as wasting almost 2 hours of time. Stay away...

During a lunch break while skiing, we dined as a group of three and ordered three dishes: a ground steak with an egg, another dish, and nuggets with fries. While the first two dishes were satisfactory, the experience with the nuggets and fries was very disappointing.

I noticed that the fries, placed under a small ramekin of sauce, were soaked with another sauce, even though I don’t eat sauces. When I pointed this out to the server, he strongly denied it, even though the situation suggested that the fries might have come from another plate. Later, when turning over a nugget, I discovered it was soaked in cheese and other residues that did not match my order. This was particularly upsetting.

The dish was not charged, but the server’s attitude—repeatedly denying the issue despite clear evidence—was unfortunate. Although this restaurant has historically served quality dishes, this experience raises concerns about hygiene and the possibility that some items, like fries or nuggets, might be reused.

I therefore recommend that everyone carefully inspect such foods before...

Excellent service, tons of options and cozy. A tad expensive but given the size of the plates it is of excellent value. Dogs seem to be allowed inside, a big malamute was at the table behind us and given water in a bowl. Crayons were available to draw/play the games on the back of the paper doily(? Almost certain it's not the correct word. Paper thing under the plate to ease cleaning). Végetarien burger available and delicious fries. I can hardly see what more this place could do considering it's on the side of the mountain.

Good spot for quick and easy food. Must book first as the place can be overcrowded. The panorama is exceptional, the food is good, the staff is energetic - pet friendly as well as we were offered a bowl of water for the dog- and then you can go directly skiing. Though the place is not always friendly and the once we ordered we have waited quite a bit to finally have our different menus arrived in different timing. Plus there is only one toilet for 250 people served . That can be improved by the direction and owners.
