Comptoir 28 — Restaurant in Grenoble

Comptoir 28 was amazing after hiking in the Chartreuse mountains.

All of the food was delicious with a Latin America and Mexico inspiration. The ambiance is also beautiful with open air and hanging plants everywhere (at least during summer).

There’s also a beautiful restaurant in back that I would have loved to try if I had more time.

I tried the chartreuse here, which is offered in multiple ways.

The mezcal palomas were my favorite, as well as the burrata!

We went during a trivia night, which obviously was more towards French trivia (we’re visiting from the US) but we still had a lot of fun!

Découvert par hasard ce lieu restera (avec jeu de mot offert) un excellent endroit pour déguster du très bon poisson. L'endroit est en bord de route et facile à trouver. L intérieur est sobre mais moderne est cosy, on s y sent bien. Le poisson vous est présenté entier avant et après cuisson, et la découpe se fait devant vous également c'est appréciable. Les vins servis étaient bons. Ah oui les poissons sont accompagnés d excellentes pommes de terres nouvelles avec divers autres légumes grillés et sauces.
