I really liked it. The menu is small. When we went for dinner the trout was finished. One companion wanted the mixed plate starter which was basically the same as the meal I ordered - I had wanted and should have ordered - the trout pate. They only had beef as a main meal which unfortunately I don't like. But the entrecote was huge, perfectly cooked - medium and delicious smothered in melted cheese. The other companion had the day special boef bouginion Mine was a melted cheese with charcuterie - All dishes are served with salad. The meat with veggies of the day (sautéed courgette with lemon & oregano) and the regional speciality ravioli, these were the biggest and best ravioli we had. It was delicious and generous portions. I would have eaten less if I'd known they were going to offer a doggy bag! I ordered the chefs tart which was raspberry - but I couldn't eat it to the delight of my companions! We gave a tip because the food and service were so good and they gave us a glass of themlocal aperitief which was also delicious 'dessertine' made with 21 local herbs and honey very strong too. 2.days later we came back and had the trout. It was fabulous (was hungry 4got to take photos). Served with a creamy, nutty, shallot sauce, the ravioli and same day veg.

Ideal location for persons who liked to stop over during their journey. Also for a weekend family gathering of short vacations. Food and drinks are good, not too pricely though, (price quality is definitely very reasonable to what you get specifically for foods). Thumps up to the chef cooks. Owners and staff are very hospitable and friendly. During our stay about 9 nights we haven't any problems at all. Most of all we enjoyed our stay and our vacation was fulfilled of all the hikes we've done. One thing you have a beautiful view from the windows of hotels.

Nous sommes venu pour le déjeuner. Une arrivée acceptée pour 13h30 ce qui est appréciable. Au choix là possibilité de manger en intérieure ou sur la terrasse couverte. Un accueil agréable, une ambiance authentique. Pour la part, une salade Gourne en entrée. On m'amène cette salade en plat principal qu'on me laisse au prix du plat. Un geste appréciable. Le saumon légèrement fumé est excellent tout comme comme le pain de campagne et la crème ciboulettes qui l'accompagne. Pour suivre, la boîte chaude St Marcellin avec ses raviolles et sa charcuterie (jambon cuit, jambon cru, chorizo, saucisson) . Là aussi excellent. Pour finir le tiramisu café speculos qui n'usurpe pas son nom, savoureux, bien crémeux, et avec du goût. Bravo. Les autres plats de la table ont été apprécié également, l'entrecôte bleu du Vercors avec sa belle générosité tant côté viande que fromage et également sur les menus enfants avec un beau steak haché et un bon filet de truite. Pas de chichi sur les boissons et la glace qui l'accompagne ou les possibilités sont nombreuses. Pour finir, un service efficace et sympathique. Je recommande donc cette belle adresse qui fait plaisir aussi bien au ventre qu'au portefeuille avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

I had a really pleasant stay at Le Jorjane. Georges and his team are very kind and accommodating during my stay there. They did not hesitate to help with practical things - like giving me a ride to a hiking spot when the day is too short for me to complete the entire hike. The location is within 35-minute drive within many hiking trails in the area and there is a trail that leads straight to Grotte de Choranche. The room is exceptionally clean with nice views of the mountains. I would definitely recommend Le Jorjane to anyone who needs to get away from the...
