We had the 4 course discovery menu, with wine pairing.

The service was great, the food was fine.

The wine pairing fit well, but the glasses were very small.

The waiter/sommerlier emptied the bottle when pouring red for the main course, there was not enough and he didn’t come back with more, which was a little disappointing.

The aperitif we ordered at the beginning was 26€ Per person, way too much.

There was a lot of noisy kids, but it is a hotel restaurant, so it was “ok”

Outstanding! We have been coming to ADH for many many many years and we have finally found a fine dining place! La Ferme d’Hubert is an absolute gem - very refined setting, very attentive staff and the food is excellent! So good we came 2 dinners in a row - first night the 4 course tasting menu and the second evening a la carte. The maitre D is so passionate about his restaurant. A must visit if you want to change from typical mountain dishes. All food is locally sourced and local mountain ingredients. We will be back. Thanks. Merci beaucoup Youri...

I have gone to this restaurant more than once and it never fails to deliver! I had the gnocchi with mushroom and truffle oil last night and it was a delight for the palate. The gnocchi were cooked to perfection and the mushroom and oil created a great balance of taste. For desert I shared the chocolate praliné which was had a superb balance of creamy chocolate with crunchy finishings. The service was friendly, and the environment was modern and cozy.
