At the restaurant, the waiter complained that he gave us a table for 8 people when there were only 7 of us and told us we weren’t allowed to share any dishes, insisting that everyone must order their own. Even though 6 of us ordered individual meals, he also complained that one person only ordered a dessert costing €25 as their sole dish. As soon as we finished eating, they started rushing us out of the restaurant. The next day, we sat outside on the terrace and ordered 8 drinks. While we were drinking, security noticed a flask on our table and came over to confiscate it without saying anything. When we asked why, they didn’t respond and physically attacked us. We explained that we hadn’t even been drinking from it and had just unpacked our ski gear onto the table, offering them to pour it out but asking for the flask back. Instead, one of the guards grabbed my friend by the neck, pushed him, poured the drink out onto the ground, and threw the flask to the other side of the venue. Shameful service, overpriced food, and very poor quality meals. Bevare of the security guy on the image, a very bad and physically aggressive employee

The place to be for apres-ski in Les Deux Alpes!! From 3pm it starts to get lively with DJs pumping the tunes and everyone getting in the party spirit. By then there are quite long queues for drinks and the bar closes around 4.30pm for a 5pm close. But we had a great time! You can eat pretty decent burgers and fries from the snack bar but the queues are long for the kiosk at lunchtime, I think I waited about 25mins in total to pick up food. Also I wasn't able to use contactless with my phone so its worth bringing a physical card.

Overall, I had a great time at the pano bar. The location is fantastic and the drinks were good. The staff were very busy but still managed to be polite and serve quickly. I think they could use some extra help though. The DJ and music really added to the great vibe of the place and I will definitely be returning. The food could be better, but considering it's a pub, it wasn't too expensive. Great atmosphere overall.

There’s security at the entrance checking your bag and patting you down for food and drinks…

We went inside, bought food then headed down to the toilet which was downstairs, weird enough already to not have a toilet in the restaurant, but when we went up the bartender asked if we want to buy something at the bar, we said “no thanks”. He said we are not allowed to go in unless we buy something, I told him we just went down to the toilet, he said the toilet is downstairs, this was due to him not speaking english basically at all, he only understood “toilet”. It took me minutes of arguining to make him understand our food is waiting inside, by then our food had gotten cold.

Then I bought a coffee, the lady mistunderstood my pronouncation of “coffe alongé” for “coffee with cream” (like what?), then when I told her I ordered something else she turned extremelly passive agressive and made a scene, also said that it’s my fault because my pronouncation is bad, needless to say her english...

Had coffee here one morning and liked it, so came back for lunch. There was a security guy - complete with stab vest! - walking around, the staff were frisking customers coming in!! When we went up to the restaurant, my 75 year old father tried to go and sit with his wife, the very rude staff shouted at him to go back through the one- way system to get in. When we finished( the music was so loud, we couldn't talk) the guy who came to clear the tables got cross with me for not putting my empty plates onto a tray, to make it easier for him to clear it away!! Horrible place, not a skiing vibe, too much aggro and stress. Go to another restaurant, where...
